Negative Report BAD service

We bought an 15Kg Twintab washing mashing online from Makro of which Wumdrop was tasks to deliver at the said address as provided, we received a makro confirmation that it would have been delivered on 25/12/2024. However after it was collected at the warehouse the driver took the vehicle with all deliveries to his house at Mamelodi where the vehicle was highjack, Wundrop assured us a new machine would have been ordered on their cost and delivered today 27/12/2024. After I phoned Makro online to confirm if a new machine was ordered, it seems makro first had to do a claim before a new machine will be **** available and can't confirm an new delivery date. Who is lying to whom ??
