No customer service and inefficient

After comparing multiple companies, I ordered from this company on 4th September 24, the delivery date was for 16 September and I have still not received my labels. I received no update advising on the delay so I tried to contact them but nothing has been heard back from this company. I have received all my other orders placed with other companies which were placed after this one. In this day and age where eCommerce is so efficient, this is unacceptable.
