Bad customer service

Wunderlabels are located in CapeTown as per their website. They make labels for clothing etc. I have ordered from them before in 2022, I reordered on 23 July 2024, I have not received any feedback after sending emails to enquire about the order and making phone calls. Nobody seems to be answering calls at their call centre. I need help
