I ordered my labels on 21 January. Delivery was estimated on 5th February which is a Saturday - odd I thought. Anyway, Saturday came and there was no delivery and no update. The order update option on the website does nothing. I sent an email. No response. I tried to call them just now....no answer. I left a message. I check the website again. Nothing. Then suddenly as if by magic, 9 minutes after my phone message, I receive an email saying my order has been shipped and is with the courier. I checked the tracking number, it is not yet recognised. We will wait and see .... to be continued .....!! So, communication is shocking, I will update on what I receive, when it finally arrives!
