Poor Service

Worst service! Ordered items 19 July 2021. When I enquired about my order- I got an extremely rude email thatI should just refer to my invoice. According to my invoice delivery would have been 26 July 2021. Upon enquiry again, I got another rude reply that 1 staff member tested positive for covid and now the whole business is closed for over 2 weeks? Why? Business do not close completely because of one covid case. Sanitize your building. That is it. I have had no response again. And I have not received my items either. Covid is now used for lack of communication and service! Pathetic!
