Ruined brand new clothes and worst service!

Upon entering the shop to pick up my clothes I was told that I cannot pay with a card and need to draw at an atm. All the atm's around the shops were out of service and when I asked to pay tomorrow they said I must leave my clothes that I needed for work. They then made me drive to find an atm to pay the cash. Once I was home and opened my laundry I discovered that about 80% of my clothes were so creased I could not possibly wear them to work. Brand new white shirts and jocks had pink and yellow stains all over that were worn once. Some shirts were also folded inside out and had to be refolded. I have attempted to contact the manager but can't seem to get through to him yet. I would not suggest anyone to use this shop.
