Wumdrops VERY poor service !!!

Hope you never have to use Wumdrop to get a parcel delivered as they take their time and dont give a rats **** about getting your parcel delivered as promised on time !!!! Their online so called help staff also just give you excuses and do not try to help you at all. I was so close to cardiac arrest with their unhelpfulness I can not even explain. Also they give you all the details of the drivers with a so called live location of his vehicle which never moves from it and also he doesnt answer his cell at all or its switched off most of the time !!
