WumDrop ZA 100% USELESS - are they a ****?

I've never encountered such a useless company before, how can Makro be in partnership with these people?

My single order has been split into 2 deliveries 1.1 & 1.2 - split into two due to "operational reasons" - whatever that is - Online order #MAK*** dated 5 August 2023

Currently, Wumdrop "WUM-VX3XV9" - delivery 1.2 Delivery Failed - RTO(Return To Origin): is still in progress is busy being *****ed up!

The other order 1.1 - I have had NO idea what is happening there

They cancel orders, say they have delivered and then say that you have signed for it... The best one is their driver called me to ask what he is collecting from me when he's supposed to be delivering TO me!
