WUMdrop with pethatic service

I placed an order online @makro and my order was assigned a driver by the name Lindokuhle , i called the guy to check where he was because i needed to leave for Richards Bay , the guy told me he didnt have an order for Inanda Glebe for a stove he has an order for a TV , he went on to say their system has a glitch it assigns orders to drivers who dont have those orders , i then received an SMS from Makro saying my order has been returned to them , due unavailability LIKE HOW !! no one called me, i hace postponed my trip to see my kids to next week , your service is pethatic
