Wumdrop, useless

Truly the worst courier service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No communication whatsoever, the drivers number doesn’t work from the time he’s dispatched, the call centre are a bunch of satellite agents with no power to check on the dispatch controller and their customer service is an email, no numbers so they don’t have to deal with clients.

They don’t tell they deliver till 6pm, which office stays open till six, and when you ask if you should wait because the tracking app shows the driver 200km away from you, you told they don’t know.
