Wumdrop UNDERdelivers

Recently I purchased goods through Makro ONLINE and my goods were not delivered on time due to WUMDROP. The courier service is pathetic to say the least. This is the second occasion where the drivers seemed not bothered to complete deliveries on Sundays. On the first occasion, Sunday (10 Dec 2023) the driver could not find my place although I have submitted my contact details etc. Now today (17 Dec 2023) I received a SMS message at 16h57 to indicate parcel en route. When I called driver at 17h02 he informed me he returned the parcel to Marko. I have the screenshot and calls to show our conversation. I would NOT recommend using a courier service, like WUMDROP. Lastly Makro ONLINE you have lost a valuable customer through WUMDROP.
