Wumdrop should not be operating!!!!!.

They don't even deserve a star. Unprofessional behaviour and disrespectful remarks made to customers. I don't even understand why Makro does business with them for their online orders. Extremely not pleased. Sent complaints to Makro for further handling which was helpful as well as to Wumdrop but it is all falling on deaf ears. I don't have full delivery of my parcel yet they're claiming full delivery on their tracking system.
