This company delivers the worst courier service ever. They lie about delivery times and have constant issues with my Makro orders. The drivers are not fluent in English as well. My recent online order was lost in transit due to one of their drivers losing it. Their consultants continously **** about my delivery. Latino their supervisor failed to contact me despite my emails and their consultants refuse to answer me. PLEASE LET US SHARE EXPERIENCES of this disgusting courier service linked to Makro and owned by Makro as consumers have rights and must fight for our rights we pay their salaries and yet receive such treatment.
