Wumdrop service sucks

I ordered a speaker from Makro on 25 dec 2021. Sms received that courier is on their way on 28 dec 2021. On 28 dec 2021 a call comes through at 11.am but before i could swipe to pick up the call cuts. So i never call back because i dont know who called. An hour later another sms to say there is a problem with the delivery so i called the number back he picks up and tells me there was no answer. So i asked why didnt he call back. Than he tells me he is on his way back to Makro since he could not get hold of me. And he then he tells me im not the ONLY customer. His name Vusi Orlando. Wumdrop your drivers suck and worst customers service ever!!! Unprofessional and rude! No work ethic at all. Please do not use this courier company.
