WUMDROP POOR SERVICE

Your driver by the name of Ricardo is extremally unprofessional. When I received an SMS informing me that your driver was on his way with my package, I immediately phoned him to let him know I'll leave work immediately and come home quickly in order to receive the delivery but that he please give me 15 - 20 minutes. He said he is 10 minutes away and won’t wait for me. I raced home and on route I tried phoning him to let him know I’m nearby and he rejected my call. 12h54 I get an SMS saying problem with the delivery and I tried phoning him again but no answer. I arrived home at 12h59, called him numerous times and sent SMS’s to him but no reply. I can provide call logs and SMS’s to substantiate this. Your driver needs to be disciplined and possesses no customer skills.
