Wumdrop - Pathetic Service!!

Wumdrop is a Courier service that Makro use, they are terrible, the driver that was supposed to deliver my parcel ****, and said that there was nobody to receive my parcel on the 28th November. Which is utter nonsense seen that i work for a very busy International company, where the receptionist was waiting for my delivery. He probably did not tend to his deliveries due to Black Friday. That driver caused my son not to have his birthday present today, bacause his needs came above his job and his responsibilities. I am completely BEMUSED with the service this courier company gave as well as Makro!!! Pathetic!!!
