WUMDROP IS SHOCKINGLY Useless

Wumdrop's service is an absolute disaster and a shocking display of incompetence.

I ordered from Makro on November 28, 2025, and after 12 days, my package is still not delivered. Every single call is met with the same useless lie: "It's out for delivery tomorrow." This is corporate gaslighting, not logistics.

Wumdrop is not a courier; it is a liability. They are fundamentally incapable of delivering packages or providing honest updates.

To Makro and any vendor using Wumdrop: Sever ties immediately. This company is actively destroying your customer goodwill. Do not order from any company using Wumdrop. Their service is unbelievably useless.
