Wumdrop Is a Disaster – A Courier Company You Should Never Use

If I could give Wumdrop zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been the worst courier experience I have ever had, and I need to warn anyone considering using them.

I waited two full weeks for a fridge I ordered from Game, and Wumdrop never delivered it. Instead, I was fed a series of lies and excuses:

The driver falsely claimed they called me and that I refused the delivery. What makes it even more ridiculous is that they said a “she” refused the order — I am male, and no one contacted me at all.

Today, Game contacted me again with yet another unbelievable story — that the Wumdrop driver was “hijacked” while delivering my order. At this point it’s clear these are just more contradictory stories to cover up their incompetence.

Wumdrop has shown zero honesty, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. Their behaviour feels deceptive, and I strongly believe customers should avoid this courier at all costs.

Because of this experience, I also strongly advise people not to order anything online from Game if Wumdrop is involved — you will regret it.

Wumdrop has wasted my time, misled me, and failed to deliver my product. This company should not be trusted with anyone’s goods.
