WumDrop Is a Complete Disaster – Avoid at All Costs

WumDrop is by far the WORST delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. I am honestly shocked at the level of incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disrespect they show toward customers.

Let me break everything down clearly:

1. They **** straight to my face through their tracking system. The status said “customer not available.” That is a bold-faced lie. I received NO missed calls, NO texts, NO attempted delivery. Nothing. They didn’t even try. Instead, they updated the system with false information to cover their failure. That’s not a mistake — that’s dishonesty.

2. Their drivers do whatever they feel like. Yesterday, I missed a call and returned it within minutes. I was literally on the way to the gate. The driver refused to hand over my order because he had already marked it as “return to sender.” Imagine being right there, ready to receive your things, and the driver tells you you can’t get them because he already changed the status. That’s not service — that’s pure negligence.

3. Their call centre is a nightmare. Trying to reach them was a fight. They hang up on you, they don’t stay on the line, and you have to call over and over just to get someone to pick up. When they finally answered, they made the usual empty promises — “We will talk to the driver,” “You’ll get your delivery today” — but NOTHING happened.

4. They promise, apologise, promise again… and deliver NOTHING. WumDrop called yesterday and promised to sort it out. Nothing. Today again, more promises. Still nothing.

5. They violate the Consumer Protection Act without shame.** The CPA clearly states: Customers are entitled to honest and accurate communication. Services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill. Paid goods must be delivered within a reasonable time.

WumDrop has failed on all these points. Lying on delivery statuses, refusing to deliver when the customer is available, and hanging up on people who are simply asking for what they paid for — this is direct misrepresentation and unacceptable conduct.

I am furious. This is by far the worst courier experience I’ve ever had. If you want stress, lies, unprofessional behaviour, and being ignored when you need help, then use WumDrop. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid them completely.

This company has no respect for customers. Do better.
