Wumdrop has no integrity

They sent me a text this morning the package has been collected and will be delivered before 18h30. By 18h05 Palesa Makhoana - "Good evening, this is Palesa with your pet heaven delivery, please note that I will be delivering to tomorrow before 10am. I had a lot of orders to deliver today and please don't be alarmed by your order stating delivered on the app. Thank you".. so my other texts were undelivered. With a "not delivered yet" caption . So phone was switched off after message was sent to me. No integrity and poor customer urgency. Don't know why Pet Heaven is working with them. Bad association limits business.
