WUMDROP HAS DRIVERS THAT LIE & LOSE YOUR ORDER.

I am extremely upset with the service I have received. I placed an online order from Game on the 7th of September, on the 8th I got an sms to say that it would be delivered, however the guy **** and said he tried to deliver but I was not available. This can be checked as I received another wumdrop from makro at the same time at the same address. I then cancelled the order on Tuesday as I needed this item for Tuesday and since it was not going to be delivered it was of no use to me anymore.

Since Tuesday the 10th I have been following up to see where my refund is. No one has answers for me as they cannot find the item between game and the courier. As far as I am concerned this is NOT my problem. I did not receive this item therefore I should not be charged. I am out of pocket of R900!!!! This is actually ridiculous now.
