WumDrop - Fly by night courier shocking service.

I purchased an item on the online store on Makro site, which is using a Perfect Dealz to supply and some fly by night courier company called WumDrop, the order was meant to be supp**** on Monday 02/12/2024, this was only handed to the courier on Tuesday who were going to deliver on Wednesday I was at the delivery point and did not see these Wumdrop people. at 16H05 they failed the delivery and at 16H06 they return to supplier. I immediately sent them a message phoned Makro who told me they would need to rebook. Friday morning still nothing no feedback no delivery nothing ... Shocking service
