WUMDROP bad service

Wumdrop was the courier service Makro used to deliver my online order. I placed order on 30 April 2024 and they confirmed delivery will only be in 2 days so I placed my work address. On the 1st I received a message advising courier wil be delivering today ( Public Holiday) I immediately contacted the driver and advise I am not at work but I am willing to go to the office as I live 10min away but he says he will only be there in 2 hours and he will cancel and redeliver the Thursday. Well Thursday delivery never happened contacted Makro and they said its now needs to be rebooked... now wait for this Sunday I receive sms driver is at the dropoff point again out of working hours for me . Contacted the driver and asked him to wait 10min as I am willing to come and get him at work as he could not drive to my house .. again he couldnt wait and said he will deliver on Monday. Its Tuesday today I have not received an sms nothing .. to make things worse there is an item in the box that I need urgently and I ended up buying it cash .. DO NOT USE WUMDROP BAD COURIER WONT GO THE EXTRA MILE!!!
