Wumdrop and Makro, excellent service!

What awesome service! I placed an order on Black Friday at around 10:00 this morning and my order has just been delivered by the nicest, most service orientated gentleman, Ernest Chipile (around 19:30).

He apologised for the lateness of his his delivery but explained they struggled with the torrential rain we had this afternoon and huge amount of orders. He was driving a fancy car and when I asked he said his boss had given him her car overnight to make sure he completed the delivery tonight as was scheduled. I cannot thank the both of you enough!
