Wumdrop and Makro - BAD SERVICE!!

Worst service ever!!!! They say my Makro parcel is delivered, I let them know that my parcel was not delivered and I hear nothing. So it was actually theft - They literally ***** parcels. Makro does not care because they don't answer their emails and when I phone they just escalate and escalate. No refund, no reply. It is disgusting. I can not believe a big company like Makro uses the Wumdrop service.
