Wumdrop and Makro

We as a company order our monthly groceries from Makro and they use Wumdrop for the deliveries. The drivers have been told that they are not allowed to carry any goods up stairs. We have no elevators in the building and are only ladies in the office. These are not fridges etc being delivered, it is every day coffee, milk sugar etc. The driver stated that we should not use Makro to order our groceries as the drivers are not allowed to carry any goods up the stairs. Makro, maybe you should look for another company to do the deliveries.
