I still have not received my delivery or a reply to my query. I messaged the driver no reply, I tried to call no answer, only voice mail. I tried the tracking app, driver did not move any closer. It's 3 days later and their app says delivered. I still have not received anything.

02 Dec 2023, 16:05After several calls and emails, I received my parcel today. The Driver was professional and communicated well with me to ensure a successful delivery. Everyone can make a mistake, but this one was resolved quickly.
