Worst service received from WumDrop

I have received the worst service from WumDrop. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of December according to them so I called in the morning just to make sure. I was assured that my order would be delivered when I asked if they were sure the agent told me she would get hold of the operations team to make sure and she would call me back by 10 am, and i never received a call back. I then called back again at 12 an once again I was told my order would be delivered that day, I asked for confirmation and was told I would get an sms when my order is on its way. By 4pm I had not received any updates or sms's so I called again and I was told that the driver had gone to fetch my order so it should be coming, this time I asked if the agent could call the driver to make sure. He agreed to call the driver and put me on hold. After waiting I was told he could not get hold of the driver but my order is definitely coming. I never received my order
