Worst service ever

I received the worst service. Firstly my package was delivered to the incorrect person. The driver's phone went directly to voice mail every time I called. I still have not heard back from wumdrop after sending and phoning several times. Still incorrect person receiving the parcel.

I still do not appreciate your service and the stress you caused.
