Worst service and rude owner

Placed an order with Makro on Monday, 31 March 2025. The items were delivered separately. I had the best service from Courier guy (they are the best) and experienced the worst service from Wumdrop, the driver arrived but his GPS placed him a few meters away from my home. Upon calling, I directed him on which house to go to as he was almost there, but he drove off to another section. When he called again I redirected him and asked him to return to the initial place, a few minutes later I was called by another guy who was so rude, telling me that his drivers will have to come back tomorrow as they already took too long to deliver my parcel, even when I explained that his guys did not listen to instruction and they can't turn away with my parcel while they are already there. To cut a long story short, the parcel package was not in good state at all, the box seal was not there, and the packaging was extremely damaged (they do not handle parcels well). I hope Makro reconsider using this courier company, they lack customer service and they owner is extremely rude. This was the worst experience ever.
