Worst service

This is the worst delivery company, placed an order on the 1st March , my order was collected from Makro and they went to deliver at an Office Park at 6pm🙄 who does that, they then collect the order again on the 7th and it’s out for delivery, 16:14 I get an sms that they couldn’t reach me and when I call they tell me they realised that they are far they won’t make it on time. How can it be so difficult to deliver an order from Siverlakes to Centurion🙄
