Worst of the worst service ever

I ordered from Makro, Wumdrop is supposed to deliver my package. They collect my parcel around 2 PM. When tracking the parcel was supposed to have arrived latest by 4h45. The driver drove past my location and went to a different location, upon contacting customer service was advised that the driver tried calling me, which is nonsense. Makro should dump this company as they will lose customers because of them.
