Worst logistics ever

Unfortunately one cant give no stars so HAD to give one. This logistics company is the worst. My order was picked up last week for delivery and still not delivered. I sent an email no response. Sent another one finally got a response. Today get sms saying Tendai is on route at 17:33 we wait and 18:45 comes no delivery. Finally I call Tendai and he says they were here and called, I asked which number he reads number. I say but I advised via email to contact me on x number and got the response number was updated. Seriously Wumdrop you should go learn how to deliver parcels from Aramex, Ram and DPd now those are great couriers to use. I ordered a lot of parcels this week and most came the very next day after my order. Even made a order last night past 11 and guess what Ram delivered it just after 11 this morning.
