Worst customer service ever!

This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had. As I try to call wumdrop to find out my delivery ETA and make arrangements for my delivery to arrive at a certain time, I'm met with extreme disrespect from the courier driver who is responsible for my delivery as a customer!? His name is Langelihle and he has the nerve to disrespect me and tell me "your wasting my time" and drops the call on me? Is that what the drop in wumdrop comes from? To drop calls on customers? Hire other drivers or fix this immediately!!
