Worst customer service ever

I am appalled at the utterly disappointing service provided by WUMdrop. After my order was dispatched from Makro to them for delivery, I anticipated a seamless delivery experience. Instead, I was subjected to a nightmare of lies, unprofessionalism, and incompetence.

The first red flag emerged when they claimed to have delivered my product despite having no evidence or record of it. When confronted about the discrepancy, their customer support team accused me of providing a wrong contact number a flimsy excuse that reeks of dishonesty.

Things only worsened as they fabricated another narrative: that their driver attempted delivery at my residence. However, my household was present outside the entire day, making it impossible for any such attempt to have taken place unnoticed.

Throughout this ordeal, WUMdrop's communication has been evasive and dismissive. Their inability to provide concrete proof of delivery or acknowledge their mistakes is staggering.
