WORST COURIER IN SA

Worst courier service in SA. ordered a ps4 remote with Makro and they were assigned to deliver by Wednesday, call them yesterday(Thursday) and they promise no tommorow it will be delivered the customer "care" agent tells me no she trusts my driver katlego he is their best, log in to Makro this morning and I see my order is refunded because the driver cancelled it because he tried to deliver "too many times" from where I sit in my house I can see both my gates and the only car that pulled into my driveway was my neighbour to make a u turn never make use of them as you will just waste your time and money and they just shift blame to anyone else except themselves
