Worst courier company ever!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I ordered from Makro on Sunday 24 Nov 2024 and delivery was expected to arrive on Monday, 25 Nov 2024. I was available to receive the package the entire day on Monday and received zero communication from the driver, today is the 26th and it is currently 17h27 and I still have not heard anything from the driver. The service is appalling, absolutely horrible, would never recommend this courier company to anyone
