Worst courier company ever

A very poor service from this courier. I have a Makro delivery that they keep taking out and rejecting everyday claiming that I am not available. My house always has people and a shop at the gate that is operating from 6am to 22h00. You guys and your Makro team are always messing with my deliveries and am really sick of your poor service and lies
