Worst courier company

Judging from the reviews here its clear this company is run by skelems because there's no way over 90% of their reviews are of unsatisfied customers. I had a parcel that as supposed to be delivered from game and a lady called Thato was supposed to deliver, she did not arrive let alone try and make means to contact me regarding the delivery next thing my order is on its way back to sender. I call her and ask when was she at my address then she gives me attitude and lies about not hearing me on the phone. I dont know why companies such as game and makro give you any work or time of day because its clear you're failing dismally. Such atrocious services and you wasted my dam time.
