Worst Company Ever

If I could give a 0, I would because customer service is non-existent. I made an online purchase at Makro on 29/01/2025, delivery was set for 31/01/25 between 12 and 6pm. Sat and waited for most of the day. I then called to confirm whether my order would in fact be delivered and was told it would be delivered the next day between 12 and 6pm. Again, I waited. Called again and was told delivery is scheduled for 03/02/2025. Bare in mind, no communication was received to advise of the date change, I checked Wumdrop's tracking and delivery date was then moved to 04/02/2025. Again I called and was told that delivery can only take place on 04/02/2025. Called again today, got confirmation that it would be delivered today, after 12 I tracked the delivery and the date was YET AGAIN MOVED to 05/02/2025. This company seriously has no regard for peoples' time, they just expect you to sit and wait around for NOTHING! Even my Temu order, placed DAYS after this one has shipping updates. Don't even get me started on their call center agents...
