Wait for days for them to collect

I don't understand why Makro spend millions on their ecommerce site, built it up and then changed their logistics from The Courier Guy to Wumdrop. Be prepared to wait for days for them to collect. Something fishy going on as I have sent many emails to Makro asking them to leave Wumdrop and to view their ratings unsuccessfully. Hopefully someone in a senior position will read this. They don't even supply delivery bags
