Very very poor delivery, a week late.

It was very hard for me to leave a review, because I think I can write an essay long complaint on the bad service, in fact I cannot even recall ever having such a bad service experience. It is not at all pointing the bad rating towards today's driver Joseph L, although he took forever to arrive after the notification that he was on rout was updated, and the package was supposed to arrive before 12 today, as per instruction of the shop, because of the very late delivery.

I'm a very patient person, but I felt that any lies and empty promises on behalf of wumdrop is fine just to keep a person on a line is considdered acceptable by the management.

I wish I never picked the same day delivery option and paid extra for it on Friday morning at 7:30, because this package was almost a week late. I specifically picked the option to avoid the string op holidays together with Christmas as a delay in the delivery.

The package was never even picked up by Brian the driver on Friday. Then on Saturday it was picked up but it was stated that it is being delivered, and on its way and that then again there was a delay, I phoned the driver on the number provided on the sms, and he explained he broke down and asked to reschedule.

I explained that it was an urgent package and asked if they could send another driver. Then only 3 days later, support or not even sure who all I spoke to, stated that it was a bad address, which is a lie, because the driver never mentioned it, and Joseph managed to deliver at that same address today.

Only after I was already in this mess I saw all the bad reviews of wum drop as a service. And I will make sure to warn as many people as I can against getting into such a mess especially over the holidays, I think I have sent over 50 emails between faithfull to nature and me and also wum drop.

I think the part that upsets me most is that false hope and expectations and being **** to, and no one picks up a phone. So that I can have a proper conversation.
