User experience so bad I thought I was getting ****med...

The user experience was so bad I honestly thought I got ****med through a **** Makro website.

There's no communication as to when parcels are coming and then delivery gets cancelled for no reason. I even thought I was getting ****med cause at one point I click on the link to track my parcel and it says that it was signed for AND delivered and I had nothing to show for it.

The call centre people tried their best to be helpful but that help isn't very functional when the operations can't seem to action any of the assistance the call centre agents advise.

If I ever order something again and see its being delivered by Wumdrop, I'll phone the supplier and tell them to hold onto the stock for me to come collect it. My experience with Wumdrop has honestly been ********** and I honestly would not like to do this ever again ☹️
