Useless!!!
If I could give less than one star!!! Absolutely the worst company, Makro should NOT deal with them. National operations manager herself is no help at all and refuses to pick up her phone, avoiding the customers she should be dealing with. They have lost my order and have no contact with me. Useless!!!

01 Dec 2022, 15:32Operations manager keeps saying Makro is the one who lost my order but Makro keeps confirming that Wumdrop in fact has it. So they have lost it. And their online help bot doesn't help, it just keeps directing you to their agents and their agents are useless and don't respond.
