Unprofessional Drivers

They do not even deserve a star for the lack of professionalism and lack of communication they give their clients. I ordered an item from Makro on the 24th of November 2023 and I have yet to receive the item because the drivers have stood me up when we have agreed on a time of delivery. I have contacted their chat box agents to also arrange time of delivery and still the drivers just ignore calls without any explanation.
