Unprofessional delivery company

I give this no star. The drivers always lie and say they never find someone at home on their delivery notes however there’s always people at my house. This is not the first time such is happening with this specific delivery company. Their service is so bad instead of apologising for not being able to deliver the drivers always lie on their delivery notes and say they didn’t find anyone. Also they never bother to call or send a message instead when they are too lazy to make it to your stated address they lie and lie until the number of delivery attempts is exceeded. Why has no one called to reconfirm my address if they are getting lost or if they are struggling to find someone at home. I don’t know why Makro and builders still use this company…very unprofessional and their drivers are always rude.
