Unhappy client

The system they use to distribute orders is flawed beyond understanding, the tracker option doesn’t work, drivers are sent with multiple orders over a large area which delays orders

Their system also sent me a whatsaap message to confirm if I will be available I opted yes, but then they still have to call me to confirm that

My order has been rescheduled twice now I’m thinking of cancelling it and getting a refund as I might be travelling
