To whom it may concern

I placed an order on Thursday 28 November expected delivery date 30 November, yesterday I received an sms that my order is out for delivery I should expect it between 8am-6pm I cancelled my plans so that I can receive the order. At 6pm I received an sms that driver is on his way , 30 minutes after the update I called him he was not on his way he said he is coming early this morning 01December , very rude driver it is now 10:35 I have called this Heinrich guy 2x already . I have never experienced this kind of ridiculous behaviour before I order from Makro atleast 3x a month I expect to be compensated for this inconvenience I AM NOT HAPPY. I have called him to ask the time he will be here he still is not sure , as he said he is busy with other work , how long should I wait? Or must I stop ordering from Makro ?
