Unacceptable service with **** drivers (Wumdrop Cape Town)

Unacceptable service (wumdrop Capetown) We got unacceptable service today from the driver/courier guys by the name Sheraan/Miraaj. Other than having waited for a long time for the delivery, after the delivery was done and dusted, the driver left and later during the day (30 minutes later) he decided to make contact via WhatsApp and demanded that we should pay them money as "third party delivery guys" or get donation. All these for him doing his job, which was absolutely his job to have delivered the item and placed it on its right position in the house (which literally took less than 10 minutes). He kept calling after his 1st message of demanding money was dismissed. He even sends texts with question marks ???? and asked if he should come back to get the money, and kept calling unanswered. I believe he was taking advantage of some sort and thought he would score some rands. I felt the disrespect was too much and how on earth should a person come deliver, leave but later on decides to take a customer's number and try his luck like that. That spells a total **** and I am not happy at all because it looks like they are absolutely used to doing these to the customers. Funny enough, the very same number no longer exists on whatsapp now. It looks like the account was created for wrong doings at that time and is now deleted for record purposes.

Wumdrop, your drivers are lowering the standard of your company in every possible way and so far Cape Town is doing the most to make sure of that.
