Unacceptable Service & False Delivery Claims

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Makro and their courier partner, WUMDrop. My order was supposed to be delivered two days ago. When I called WUMDrop’s customer service, I was told that the driver refused to enter my area due to gang violence. This is completely untrue—especially since I had a Makro order delivered the day before and there has been no gang violence in my area.

After speaking with a manager, I was promised that I would receive an SMS update and that my order would be delivered yesterday. However, as of today, I still have not received my order.

Not only are they providing false excuses, but they are also making promises they cannot keep. To make matters worse, their phone lines are constantly busy, making it nearly impossible to get any help or answers.

I expect an immediate resolution to this issue and a clear explanation of what is happening. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of reliability and accountability, and I will be sharing my negative experience with friends and family if this matter is not promptly resolved.
